Middle Brained Visual Learner

You are a middle brain dominant student!

You are open minded but not gullible about things or people. You may run into trouble making decisions sometimes, while your logical brain plays tug-of-war with your gut instinct. You enjoy the arts, but you could also do well in science and math. You appreciate the beauty of all things in life, and are well-rounded. Middle brain students would do well on The Apprentice, since they can have a strong mix of gut instinct and an appreciation for numbers (WHAT?! more like disgust for numbers). You would have a strong career in business (God, are you kidding me? Take one look at my IDEAS and you wouldn't be saying this), but you may not go that route; you may be more interested in studying the arts and sciences in college. You would be wise to read over the characteristics of left and right brain students and consider whether you fall into the traps of either type. For instance, extreme right brain dominant students can get too bogged down in thought, while extreme left brain students can be rigid in their views.

Visual Learner Characteristics

Visual learners are those who learn through seeing things. Look over the characteristics below to see if they sound familiar. A visual learner:

·         Is good at spelling but forgets names.

·         Needs quiet study time.

·         Has to think awhile before understanding lecture. -HOW TRUE!!!

·         Is good at spelling.

·         Likes colors & fashion.

·         Dreams in color.

·         Understands/likes charts.

·         Is good with sign language. -I guess it's time I learnt it properly :)

Learning Suggestions for Visual Learners

·         Draw a map of events in history or draw scientific process.

·         Make outlines of everything!

·         Copy what's on the board.

·         Ask the teacher to diagram.

·         Diagram sentences!

·         Take notes, make lists

Best Test Type for Visual Learners:

Diagramming, reading maps, essays (if you've studied using an outline), showing a process.

Worst test type:

Listen and respond tests 

Well I guess these tests are kinda true. Hmm. Hope I can use them effectively for my studies :D And finally things are settling down..Even though the coming week is going to be hectic, I hope it starts and ends on a positive note. :)

Awesomely bad

How can a week be so awesome yet so terrible? Definitely one of the best weeks I have had..but the one with the crazy schedule. Last weekend I had so much fun with the guests staying over at our place. So much laughter and so much joy (: On monday, Lav ended her IB exams and I had an awesome time with her, coming back home at 12 midnight. On tuesday I went shopping with her to prepare for her housewarming..and we came back home at about 8. By the time I slept on tuesday,it was wednesday morning (today morning) 3am. Woke up at 4.30am to get ready for the housewarming pooja. Came back home in the evening and here I am doing school work. Tomorrow I am going to be in school from 9am to 7pm. After which, dance at NP till 9.30pm. On top of all this..there is freaking IDEAS to do. Damn. Can't wait for friday. Just want to come back home and sleep.

Sigh. Hate ranting..but can't help it this week :(

Sluggish Me

Yes, that's right. I am feeling sluggish the whole day. Haven't hit the books at all. Not going to school was a bad idea. I should have just gone and got over with it. At least I wouldn't have missed lectures and practical. But, with that queen headache of headaches giving me the time of my life, I really couldn't help but skip on school. Oh well, there is always wonderful friends to go to, if I need to know what happened in school :)

I have a whole bunch of notes to make and revise..but here I am blogging and listening to music :O Oh, the joy of slacking. Now I am torn. Should I start on my work or should I listen to music to my heart's fill? After all  I have this HUGE break from 10am till 5 pm tmw. Hmm.

Tomorrow is going to be awesome! :D I have a pathetic math lesson from 8am-10am. Then all the way from 10 to 5, I will be free!!! At 5, there is MMSP to attend. However, I will have to leave at 7 to go for dance at T11A. Hopefully, I can sneak in to see the results once dance is over ;)

I am wondering whether I should quit blogging and go back to my anon blogging. I seem more introverted in this public blog :/ Oh well, let's see how this turns out :)
